Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Exchanges are allowed for size or product (subject to availability)
Each order is eligible for one exchange only
Please Note:
Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange. Accessories (including jewellery) are not eligible for exchange
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be in original condition with tags intact
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share a clear unboxing video or images for verification
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and contacting us immediately.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup may be arranged by us depending on location. In some cases, customers may be requested to ship the product back. Return shipping instructions will be shared by our team once the request is approved.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
Order Modifications
For changes in size, address, or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
International Orders
No return or exchange is applicable on international orders. We recommend checking size and product details carefully before placing the order
